Is there a way to tell which missions you have completed the bonus objectives on? If you complete a mission in which you did the bonus on and recomplete the mission will it still tell you did it on master level?

Look at the World Map (M button) the missions will have a certain icon through it.

Example Prophecies campaign has 2 swords through the mission icon. 1 sword for completion and 1 for the bonus.

other campaigns like nightfall have slightly different icons as there will be 1 for competion and more for masters reward.

In factions and nightfall there are three tiers for completion. They are indicated by two swords and a spear in both campaigns, so if you have all three you've earned masters before.
